How SRHR Education Changed My Life

When I first learned about comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights, I was 16 and felt completely lost about my own body and health. The education I received through community programs helped me understand my rights, make informed decisions, and feel confident about my health choices. Now I advocate for other young people to have access to the same information that transformed my understanding of my own body and rights.
